Doodie Pack Teams Up with Patriot Paws to Support Those Who Have Served

To honor our Veterans, Doodie Pack LLC, a utility pack for dogs,  will release a special edition product for Veteran’s Day supporting Patriot Paws.  A percentage of the sales of this pack will go to Patriot Paws, an organization that provides veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or disabilities linked to active duty, with service dogs.

“We are honored to team up with Patriot Paws and help this worthy organization grow and be able to provide more disabled veterans with service dogs,” said Kristin Elliott, Founder and Creator of Doodie Pack.
“Many disabled veterans find it difficult to readjust to life when returning from combat.  Patriot Paws’ dogs supply veterans with support during daily activities.  They can pick up dropped items, provide bracing to get up and down, bring the phone, help with household chores such as laundry, go get help in an emergency, ease the effects of PTSD and so much more, not the least of which is be a best friend and full-time companion,” said Lori Stevens, the Founder and Executive Director of Patriot PAWS Service Dogs.
Every Service dog in training costs about $27,000.  To help Patriot Paws continue their philanthropic efforts, Doodie Pack will donate $10 of the sale of every Patriot Paws pack and Kristin will provide wholesale priced Doodie Packs for all adopted dogs through the program.
“There will be two ways to support Patriot Paws through the purchase of a Doodie Pack.  One, is to purchase the special edition Patriot Paws Doodie Pack, and the other is to create a custom Doodie Pack on our site that will have on it the Patriot Paws logo,” said Elliott
“We are looking forward to working with Kristin and want to thank her for helping us raise money to get more dogs to veterans,” said Stevens
“Doodie Pack’s special edition pack will be sold at DoodiePack.com starting Veteran’s Day 2014.  The Veteran’s Day Doodie Pack will be available in four sizes fitting dogs from 3 to 180 lbs.  Support those who served by visiting our website and purchasing your Doodie Pack,” concluded Elliott.
