On April 21st at 8pm, PBS will air “Through a Dog’s Eyes,” a documentary which follows children and adults with disabilities as they are matched with an receive service dogs through the nonprofit organization Canine Assistants. The documentary is based on the book of the same name by Jennifer Arnold.
